Q+Law and Queerspace, in partnership with State Trustees, is hosting an information session on Wills and Power of Attorney.

The session will include;

  • What is a Will, and why is it important to have one?

  • What happens if you pass away without a Will?

  • Enduring Power of Attorney, what it is and how State Trustees can help.

  • The role of an Executor and how State Trustees can assist.

  • Importance of having an Executor under the Coroner’s Act.

  • Case study of recent Supreme Court judgment.

There will be a Q&A time at the end of the session, and information about booking individual consultation sessions with State Trustees will be provided to attendees.
