This workshop is designed to cater to beginners, ensuring a comfortable and inclusive learning environment. The workshop will:

  • explore basic concepts of sex, gender, and sexuality. Understand the differences and intersections among these critical aspects of human identity.

  • provide insights into the historical harm and challenges faced by the LGBTIQA+ communities. We will explore how historical injustices have shaped current concerns, social dynamics and perceptions.

  • discuss the ongoing negative impact experienced by LGBTIQA+ individuals.

Who Should Attend?

  • CLC lawyers and workers who are looking to start their journey of understanding LGBTIQA+ issues.
