Q+Law and Queerspace, in partnership with Melbourne Activist Legal Support, is hosting a workshop on Protest Rights.

The session will cover topics such as:

• Rights and freedom to protest

• Police powers

• Common charges for activists

• Criminal record or being arrested

There will be a Q&A time at the end of the session. The session is suitable for LGBTIQA+SB organisations or individuals who are thinking of participating in or organising protests.
